Cancel Subscription

Cancel your subscription plan on the AgentWeave platform.

Your cancellation becomes effective the day after your next billing date, allowing you to use the services until then. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

Subscription fees are non-refundable.

Personal Plan​

  1. Open your browser, visit the AgentWeave Official Website, and log in successfully.
  2. Click the profile avatar in the upper-right corner to display a list of personal options.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the list and choose Settings to navigate to the User Settings Page.
  4. Find the Subscription tab. You can cancel your personal subscription plan here by following the on-screen steps.

Organization Plan​

This action can only be performed by the organization's Owner.

  1. Open your browser, visit the AgentWeave Official Website, and log in successfully.
  2. Click the Organization tab at the top of the Home page to navigate to the My Organizations Page.
  3. From the list, choose the organization whose subscription you wish to cancel, then click to access its page.
  4. Select the Team Plan tab from the row of tabs below the organization avatar.
  5. Select the Team Plan that is shown as Active, click the Cancel Subscription button on the right, and follow the on-screen steps to cancel your organization's subscription.
